want to be your continued gift service providers. We collect phone
numbers and e-mail addresses in the event that we have to contact
the shipper, or the shipment recipient, to resolve a question or
provide shipment status information. We collect special occasion
dates and birthdays should you want reminders of gift-giving schedules.
All information we collect stays only at Lolibana LLC and is used for the purpose
of offering specials and new products. Nothing is sold or given to other companies
or persons.
You are automatically placed on our mailing list when you purchase with us
or send us feedback. If you prefer not to receive information and wish to opt-out

put “Remove” in the subject line.
Purchase Policy
The customer understands
that there are inherent risks involved in any purchase. By ordering
or purchasing a product from Lolibana LLC, your order is considered
an acknowledgment of the company's terms and conditions of purchase.
You agree to hold Lolibana LLC, its managers and employees, harmless from any
damage or injury caused by the products sold on its web site. Our maximum liability
to you is the amount you paid for the items purchased.
Return Policy
Lolibana LLC is committed to
providing customer delight. Each order is custom designed and arranged.
We pack and ship your order as best we can. But remember that candy
arrangements can move during transport, and candies can be perishable
and highly susceptible to weather conditions.
Candy bouquets and arrangements are food items. Once an order is placed and
shipped, it is non-refundable. However, we do not
want you unhappy so contact us and let us see what we can do about your problem.
Liability to you will be limited to the cost of the product purchased, only
if we were at fault. We also reserve the right to ask for the damaged purchased
item back before we do anything.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, City of
Santa Clara.
