Do you make your own candies?
No. We use brand name candies and teas, whose tastes we love, and turn them into candy flowers. Butterscotch, strawberry bonbons, peach tea, these are a few of our favorite things!

How can I enjoy the candies without breaking the entire candy stem?
When possible, each candy flower is individually wrapped in FDA approved cellophane. Using a pair of scissors, snip the top of the cellophane or foil to get the candy or tea inside. There is no need to pull and tug the entire candy stem. Please supervise children when handling and opening the candies. Clear plastic, ribbons, wires, and wood stems are not edible and are not for use as toys. See our Purchase Policy link below.

How soon after I order will I receive the arrangement?
Please allow one day to create standard arrangements. Standard ground shipping usually takes between 7 to 10 days.

Why cancel an order?
We, at Lolibana, strive to meet each customer requirement. If, due to high demand or large volume of orders, we are unable to fulfill the order you placed, we will inform you within 24 hours of placing the order and refund your payment.

Delivery is always free in the cities of Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Mountain View in Silicon Valley, California. We offer $9.50 ground shipping rates anywhere in continental USA. Contact us for shipping rates on multiple orders or express shipping.

How can I include a short message with my order?
In the message box provided before you complete your order, enter the text 'MESSAGE:' followed by your message (for example: MESSAGE: To a wonderful friend!)
